Laura Rovira Crespo
Laura has a degree in aerospace engineering and a masters in structural analysis of lightweight structures under impact conditions. She is an LS-DYNA engineer at Arup and leads our LS-DYNA support service. Laura is involved with our FE-model developments and many client-facing activities such as; training, webinars, presentations and day-to-day customer support. Laura has extensive experience in using LS-DYNA and the Oasys software to analyse a wide range of aerospace and automotive load cases.
LS-TaSC: An introduction
LS-TaSCâ„¢ is a Topology and Shape Computation tool. Developed for engineering analysts who need to optimize structures, LS-TaSC works with both the implicit and explicit solvers of LS-DYNA. LS-TaSC handles topology optimization of large non-linear problems, involving dynamic loads and contact conditions.
