Following the release of Oasys Suite 19.0 in March 2022, we became aware of two issues affecting REPORTER post-processing templates.
What are the issues?
The two issues are as follows:
- Incorrect (under-prediction) of femur bending moments reported in REPORTER templates for aPLI impact templates
- Application crash with some REPORTER templates with models containing *DATABASE_HISTORY_NODE_ID cards with IDs greater than 40 characters in length
What have we done to fix the problem?
The download packages have been updated with fixes to both issues. The packages were updated on 20 April 2022.
What should you do now?
The issues identified only affect post-processing templates, but if you use Oasys T/HIS or Oasys REPORTER, we recommend uninstalling Oasys 19.0 and reinstalling the latest download package.
To check whether your installation needs updating, open Oasys T/HIS and look at the build number in the main window title bar. The new build is 5354. Earlier builds require updating.
