Speaker – Alasdair Parkes
Alasdair Parkes is Head of Product for the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment. Alasdair has a background in engineering and spent the first part of his career using the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment to deliver solutions for Arup’s professional services clients in several industries, including transport infrastructure, new automotive designs, high-rise buildings, and offshore structures. Alasdair wanted to improve the software he was using so he joined the Oasys team as a software developer and then found his true calling as a product manager. Alasdair is focused on bringing value to users across the entire CAE workflow and beyond.
