ANSYS has entered into an agreement to acquire Livermore Software Technology Corporation (LSTC), the developers of the LS-DYNA software. The transaction is expected to complete by the end of 2019.
LSTC has been an ANSYS partner for more than 25 years and the acquisition guarantees the continued development and future success of the LS-DYNA solver.
Arup is excited by the opportunities that this presents and sees significant long term benefits for LS-DYNA, Arup’s Oasys software and our clients.
