Webinar description

As the shift to electrification accelerates, vehicle design and testing are becoming increasingly complex. Battery systems introduce new safety, durability, and thermal challenges โ€” often requiring multiple solvers and tools.

In this session, learn how Ansys LS-DYNA brings everything together within one model and one format, simplifying simulation and reducing delays. Discover how Oasys LS-DYNA Environment software, enhances LS-DYNA workflows for faster model creation, post-processing, and automated reporting.

Arupโ€™s expert will also discuss how simulation helps automotive and battery manufacturers meet evolving safety regulations for electric vehicles.

Key Highlights:

  1. The impact of electrification on vehicle design and analysis
  2. Safety regulations for EV battery systems
  3. How LS-DYNA supports battery safety and durability studies
  4. Using the Implicit Solver for thermal and fatigue analysis
  5. Streamlining workflows with Oasys tools
  6. Future applications and new horizons
