About the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment

Our history
We have collaborated with the developers of LS-DYNA (formerly LSTC, now Ansys) for more than 40 years, using the software for consulting work and distributing it to clients in the UK, India, China, and the USA. We pride ourselves on understanding the challenges our customers face and have developed the tools to support them.
1976
Oasys Ltd. was formed as part of Arup to develop and sell software.
1984
The team used LS-DYNA in the Flask rail collision test.
1992
T/HIS and D3PLOT were developed for commercial sale.
1995
PRIMER was released as our powerful pre-processor.
2004
2024
We released major and minor versions of our entire software suite annually.
2025
The Oasys LS-DYNA Environment launches a new look and brand new website.
